Sue Derrick

After working in Commodities for almost 30 years, Sue felt it was time for a career change, so decided to study CeMAP 1, 2, and 3 to start the process of becoming a Mortgage & Protection Advisor.

Sue joined the One Stop team as a para-planner in April 2018, to gain knowledge and experience in the Financial Services Industry, and then became a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor in October 2019. Sue likes to build good relationships with her clients and finds it incredibly rewarding to help first-time buyers get on the property ladder. She has also gained good experience in the Buy-to-Let market, mainly working with Portfolio Landlords.

Sue is originally from North London, although relocated to Whitstable, Kent, in 2021. She loves walks along the beach and watching the beautiful sunsets.
